This week is a crapshoot. 

Teams are going to say they are playing starters only for them to play a quarter. Defenses are going to be resting guys left and right. So, unless it is a scheme funneled defense, it won’t matter. There will be teams who have been eliminated for weeks who are going to go all out, hoping to secure a win and end the season on a high note. 

I would highly recommend you be very conservative with your financial contributions this week and save it for the playoff slates. I implore you not to overthink these teams tanking and thinking these playoff teams (e.g. LAR @ SEA) are just going to run over the eliminated teams. A lot of these players are fringe players and are going to be playing their hearts out trying to sustain their NFL careers. The coaches also have incentive to coach because every game counts for their longevity and how NFL circles view them. 

They’re a few milestones worth mentioning this week for players. Unfortunately, most of them are on Saturday night or Sunday night. Two that are worth noting are both from the Chargers. DeAndre Carter needs two receptions to hit a bonus and Gerald Everett needs five to hit his bonus.
